How to Upgrade Your Subscription Plan

This document explains how to upgrade your subscription plan using the Upgrade tab in the Subscription module.

Introduction

In the Subscription module, you can easily upgrade your organization's subscription plan by selecting from the available options. This guide will walk you through the steps to choose a plan and complete the upgrade process.

Steps to Upgrade Plan

Step 1: Navigate to the Upgrade Tab

  1. Click on the Subscription option from the left-side panel to open the Subscription module.

  2. Click on the Upgrade tab to view the available subscription plans.

Step 2: View Plan Details

  1. The Upgrade page displays a list of available subscription plans. Each plan outlines its specific details, such as pricing, duration, and features included.

Step 3: Choose and Purchase a Plan

  1. Once you've reviewed the available plans, select the one that suits your needs.

  2. Click on the Purchase Plan button next to your preferred plan.

Step 4: Confirm Plan Upgrade

  1. A confirmation popup will appear, asking you to confirm the upgrade.

  2. Click on the Proceed button to submit the plan upgrade request.

Step 5: Check Purchase Order Details

  1. After submitting the request, the plan request will be processed, and the details will be added to the Purchase Orders table.

  2. Navigate to the Purchase Orders tab to review the status of your upgrade request.
