Introduction

This guide provides step-by-step instructions to uninstall the Jenkins Plugin from the server where the CloudNetra agent is integrated. By completing this process, the plugin will be removed, and the system will stop collecting data from Jenkins.

Steps to Uninstall the Jenkins Plugin

Step 1: Navigate to the Metrics Integration Page

  1. Log in to the application.

  2. Go to the Integration section and click on Metrics in the left-side panel.

Step 2: Expand the CI/CD Section

  1. Expand the CI/CD section by clicking on it.

  2. Click on the Jenkins from the available CI/CD plugins.

Step 3: Scroll to the Plugin Uninstallation Step

  1. Scroll down the page until you find the Plugin Uninstallation step.

  2. Click on it to expand the instructions for uninstalling the plugin.

Step 4: Read the Important Note

Note: If you uninstall the agent by following all these steps, it will no longer fetch data from any installed plugins.

Step 5: Follow the Uninstallation Steps and Verify the Uninstallation

  1. Perform the steps listed in the Plugin Uninstallation section on the server where the plugin is installed.

  2. Execute the commands in the order provided to ensure a successful uninstallation.

  3. Confirm that the plugin has been removed by executing the final verification command mentioned in the instructions.
