How to Delete a Cloud Connector
This guide explains how to delete a cloud connector from your application, including the steps for OTP verification and final confirmation.
Introduction
The Cloud Connector page displays all integrated connectors in a table. To remove an unnecessary or outdated connector, you must follow the deletion process, which includes verification via OTP. This ensures the secure removal of connectors from your account.
Steps to Delete a Cloud Connector
Step 1: Navigate to the Connector Page
From the left-side panel, click on the “Connector”.
A page displaying all connectors in a table format will appear.
Step 2: Locate the Connector to be Deleted
Scroll horizontally through the table to the Action column.
Identify the connector you wish to delete.
Step 3: Click the Delete Icon
In the Action column, click on the Delete icon next to the connector you want to remove.
A delete confirmation popup will be displayed.
Step 4: Initiate OTP Verification
In the confirmation popup, click on the Send OTP button to begin the verification process.
An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered email or phone.
Step 5: Enter the OTP
After receiving the OTP, a new popup will prompt you to enter it.
Input the OTP in the provided textbox and click Submit.
Step 6: Final Confirmation to Delete
Once the OTP is successfully verified, a final confirmation popup will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to delete this connector?"
Click on Yes to proceed with the deletion.
Step 7: Connector Deleted Successfully
After confirming, the selected connector will be permanently deleted from the table and your account.
