How to Update Organization Billing Details
This document provides step-by-step instructions for updating your organization's billing details, including address and tax information.

Maintaining accurate billing information is essential for smooth financial transactions. This guide walks you through updating the organization's billing details, such as address, country, and tax numbers, in the system.
Steps to Update Organization Billing Details
Step 1: Navigate to the Subscription Page
From the left side panel, click on Subscription.
The Organization Details page will be displayed.
Step 2: Review and Edit Billing Information
On the Organization Details page, you'll find a billing details form.
Fields such as Address, Country, State Name, City, and PIN Code are mandatory and must be completed.
There are also optional fields for GST Number and PAN Number, which you can fill in if applicable.
Step 3: Update and Save
After entering the necessary billing details, click the Update button.
A success message, "Billing Information saved successfully" will be displayed once the details are updated.
