Subscription and Billing Information
This document provides an overview of the Subscription page, which includes managing organization details, subscription plans, upgrades, and viewing purchase order history.
Introduction
The Subscription section is where you manage your organization's billing information, review and upgrade subscription plans, and view your purchase order history. This guide covers the four tabs in the Subscription page: Organization Details, Subscription, Upgrade, and Purchase Orders.
Organization Details: allows you to update the organization's billing information, including address, country, and tax details.
Subscription:
Displays the current Subscription Plan Details for the organization.
This includes information on the plan type, duration, and any usage limits associated with the subscription.
Upgrade:
You can view available Plan Details and choose to upgrade your current subscription.
The Upgrade Plan button allows you to submit an upgrade request, where you can select a higher-tier plan that better suits your organization's needs.
Purchase Orders:
Provides a detailed history of all previous purchase orders in a table format.
You can also Manage Orders from this tab, including actions such as Cancel Purchase Plan Requests.
