Add Website and Install Dashboard

A step-by-step guide to add a website for monitoring and install the corresponding dashboard for detailed metrics.

Steps to Navigate to the Website Plugin

Step 1: Navigate to Metrics Integration

  1. Log in to the application.

  2. Navigate to the Integration section by clicking Metrics in the left-side panel.

Step 2: Expand the Website Section

  1. Locate and expand the Website section.

  2. Click on Website Monitoring Plugin to begin the integration process.

Steps to Add a Website

Step 1: Navigate to the Add Website Page

  1. In the Website Monitoring page, click on the Add Website button.

Step 2: Fill in the Website Details (1)

Provide the mandatory details in the form, including:

  • Website URL*: Enter the URL of the website you want to monitor.

  • Status Code*: Select the desired status code from the available options.

  • Response Time*: Specify the response time threshold for monitoring.

  • Path(Optional): Specify the path, like; /api/ OR /subpath/ OR /index.html

Step 3: Save the Website Details (2)

  • After entering the details, click on the Save button.

  • The website details will be saved and displayed in the Website Table on the Website Monitoring page.

Steps to Install the Website Monitoring Dashboard

Note: If the dashboard is already installed, you can skip following steps.

Step 1: Ensure Websites Are Added

  • Make sure you have added one or more websites to the monitoring list. (If not, then follow How To Add Website.)

Step 2: Install the Dashboard

  • Click on the Install Dashboard button located to the right of the Add Website button.

  • This is a one-time process required to set up the monitoring dashboard for websites.

Step 3: Verify Installation

  • Navigate to the Metrics Dashboard page.

  • Confirm that the Website Dashboard is visible and monitoring metrics are displayed.
