How to Uninstall the PostgreSQL Plugin from the Server

Introduction

This document explains the process of uninstalling the PostgreSQL Plugin from the server where the CloudNetra agent is integrated. Once uninstalled, the system will no longer collect PostgreSQL-related metrics.

Steps to Uninstall the PostgreSQL Plugin

Step 1: Navigate to the PostgreSQL Plugin Page

1. Go to the Integration section and select Metrics.

2. Expand the Database Systems section by clicking on it, and click on PostgreSQL to navigate to the PostgreSQL Plugin page.

   

Step 2: Scroll to the Plugin Uninstallation Step

1. Scroll down to locate the Plugin Uninstallation section.

2. Click on it to expand the detailed steps for uninstallation.

   

Step 3: Review the Important Note

Note: If you uninstall the agent by following all these steps, it will no longer fetch data from any installed plugins.

Step 4: Execute the Uninstallation Steps

1. Perform all the commands provided in the Plugin Uninstallation section on the server, following the sequence mentioned.

   

Step 5: Verify the Uninstallation

1. Confirm the plugin has been successfully uninstalled by running the verification command included in the instructions.
