How to Update Quota Status

The Update Quota Status feature allows users to enable or disable quotas in two simple ways: by editing the quota details or using the toggle switch in the table. Follow this guide to efficiently manage quota statuses.

Steps to Update Quota Status

Method 1: Update Status via Edit Quota

Step 1: Navigate to the Quota Report Page

  1. Click on Settings in the left-side panel.

  2. Go to the Quota tab to display the Quota Report page, where all quota details are listed.

Step 2: Open the Update Quota Page

  1. In the quota table, find the quota you want to update.

  2. Scroll to the Action column and click on the Edit icon to open the Update Quota page.

Step 3: Update Quota Status

  1. In the Update Quota page, locate the Status dropdown.

  2. Choose either Enabled or Disabled.

  3. Click the Update button to save the changes.

  4. A success popup will confirm that the status has been updated.

Method 2: Update Status via Toggle Switch

Step 4: Using the Status Column Toggle Switch

  1. In the Quota Report page, locate the Status column of the quota you wish to update.

  2. Click the Toggle Switch to enable or disable the quota.

  3. The status will automatically update, and the change will be reflected in the table.
