Quota Report

The Quota Report page allows users to manage quota details, including adding, editing, and deleting quotas. The interface provides a clear, user-friendly table for quota management.

Introduction

The Quota Report page is part of the User Account settings. It allows users to view and manage quota details effectively. Accessible via the Settings menu, the page displays quota details in a table format with options to add new quotas, edit existing ones, and delete them when no longer needed. Users can also toggle the status of quotas between active and inactive using a convenient switch.

Key Features

  1. Quota Details Table

    1. Shows existing quotas, or remains empty if no quotas are added.

    2. Contains columns for Quota Name, Description, Status, and Actions.

  2. Provides the ability to add a new quota by opening a form to input quota details.

  3. Includes modification quotas and deletion quotas.

  4. Allows users to easily enable or disable quotas directly from the table.
