Step-by-Step Guide to Reset Password

Step 1: Navigating to the Sign-Up Page

1. Access the Sign In Page

2. Below the login form, click on the Forgot Password link.

Step 2: Redirect to Forgot Password Page

1. After clicking the link, you will be redirected to the Forgot Password page.

2. The page will prompt you to enter your Registered Email Address.

Step 3: Enter Registered Email and Send OTP

1. Enter your registered email address in the provided field.

2. Click the Send OTP button.

3. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered email address.

Step 4: Submit OTP

1. After entering the correct OTP, click the Submit button.

Step 5: Set a New Password

1. Once the OTP is validated; Enter New Password and Confirm Password

   1. Enter a new password in both fields. The password must meet the following criteria:

      1. More than 12 characters

      2. At least 1 numeric character

      3. At least 1 uppercase letter

      4. At least 1 special character

Step 6: Submit New Password

1. After entering and confirming the new password, click the Submit button.

1. Once the new password is successfully set, a confirmation message will appear: "Your password has been successfully changed."

2. You can now log in to your CloudNetra account using your recently changed password.
