How to Cancel a Requested Plan

This document outlines the steps to cancel a previously requested subscription plan in the Purchase Orders section.

Introduction

If you've requested a subscription plan upgrade and need to cancel it, you can easily do so by navigating to the Purchase Orders tab. This guide explains the process to cancel the requested plan and update its status in the table.

Steps to Cancel a Requested Plan

Step 1: Navigate to the Purchase Orders Tab

  1. From the left-side panel, click on Subscription to open the Subscription module.

  2. Select the Purchase Orders tab to view all previous plan requests.

Step 2: Locate the Requested Plan

  1. In the Purchase Orders table, find the row that corresponds to the plan you want to cancel.

  2. The table displays information such as plan details, status, and actions.

Step 3: Click the Cancel Button

  1. In the Action column, locate the Cancel button next to the plan request.

  2. Click on the Cancel button to initiate the cancellation process.

Step 4: Confirm the Cancellation and Submit

A confirmation popup will appear, asking you to confirm the cancellation.

  1. Select the reason for cancellation from the provided dropdown options.

  2. After selecting a reason, click on the Submit button to finalize the cancellation request.

  3. Once the cancellation is submitted, the status of the requested plan will be updated to Cancelled in the Purchase Orders table.
